  • Moong dal 1cup


  • Masoor dal 1cup


  • Gcrlic chop 1tsp


  • Ginger chop 1/2tsp


  • Onion chop 1


  • Green chilli chop 2


  • Tomato puree 2tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/4tsp


  • Crushed kasuri methi 1/4tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Hing 1/4tsp


  • Cuminseeds 1/2tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal wash and soaked for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes take a pressure cooker put water ,soaked dal,salt and turmeric powder add take a 1 whistle after pressure released.
  • Take a pan put oil add cuminseeds,hing and garlic saute then add onion,ginger saute then add tomato puree,garsm masala and tomato puree mix.
  • Then add cooked dal mix garnish kasturi methi snf enjoy.
